Why learn in person?
So much of the wellness world has become quick, convenient, and consumed through a screen.
This is a chance to step into something different — a path grounded in real presence, in-person practice, and a lineage that's been carried for over 100 years, rather than another course you scroll through alone.
Every training is taught in a small, intimate group in a beautiful Cotswold village a five-minute drive from Stroud Station.

Lineage is like an energetic family tree.
The ancestry of our practice. All Reiki Practitioners can trace their roots back to Japanese founder Mikao Usui who created the System of Reiki in the ealry 1900's.
Below is the lineage that these courses are taught in:
I came to Reiki during a time that asked me to slow down, turn inward, and care for myself more deeply. It became a gentle yet powerful path back to myself, helping me reconnect with my inner wisdom, restore balance, and move forward in a more aligned, nourishing way.
Reiki also opened me to a beautiful community of like-minded women, which became a meaningful part of my healing journey. Now I share this work as a practitioner and teacher, holding space for others to soften, heal, and come home to themselves.
Hi, I'm Kirsteen
about me
Meet Bramble:
Our Reiki pup!
You'll likely be greeted by my enthusiastic and vocal Labrador puppy, Bramble— often found curled up nearby during sessions or under the Reiki table as in this pic.

'I left the course with a clear action plan for how to continue the practice and a beautiful manual that I can refer to, containing a wealth of information, techniques and further reading. I’m already looking forward to Okuden with Kirsteen and couldn’t recommend her highly enough'
'Kirsteen has the ability to explain the concepts clearly, hearing her insight and wisdom drawn from her own journey really brought the learning to life'

Yes! My Labrador puppy, Bramble lives here and is often around during sessions. She will apsolutly greet you with a noise but is friendly and would love to have her ears scratched once she knows who you are. Do let me know in advance if you have allergies or would prefer a dog-free space, so I can plan accordingly.
