Where Level 1 offers a foundation, Level 2 begins to open the next layer — deepening your connection to the energy, your inner knowing, and the ways Reiki can be offered across time, space, and intention.

This second initiation opens the door to working with the Reiki symbols, sending Reiki across time and distance, and supporting others with a deeper level of energetic awareness. A sacred deepening into Reiki
In Reiki, attunements support the opening and alignment of your system to receive and channel Reiki more deeply. At Level 2, this often brings a sense of expansion — an opening into greater clarity, confidence, sensitivity, and trust in the energy moving through you.
Some experience this as subtle and peaceful. Others feel it as emotional, affirming, activating, or deeply profound. Every experience is unique.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. You simply need to come willing to deepen, listen, and receive.

I came to Reiki during a time that asked me to slow down, turn inward, and care for myself more deeply. It became a gentle yet powerful path back to myself, helping me reconnect with my inner wisdom, restore balance, and move forward in a more aligned, nourishing way.
Reiki also opened me to a beautiful community of like-minded women, which became a meaningful part of my healing journey. Now I share this work as a practitioner and teacher, holding space for others to soften, heal, and come home to themselves.

The courses are held in a beautiful Cotswold village in the Stroud Valleys, Gloucestershire, a 5 minute drive from Stroud Station (details provided on booking). Note: Travel expenses and accommodation are are not included
Where is the course held?
Yes! I'm happy to provide ongoing support should you have any questions. I also offer a bi-annual half day immersion where we can gather together share Reiki, chat, and relax with a sound bath.
Is Support offered after my training?
Reiki is designed for everyone and the course will meet students wherever they are on their journey. Whether you've had more sessions than you can count or are completely new to Reiki, you'll be warmly welcomed right just as you are.
Do I need to have had a Reiki treatment before?
Bring your lovely self, your favourite water bottle, comfy clothes and a note book and pen!
What do I need to bring with me?
Every BODY! Yogis, mums, business owners, Reiki is available for everyone. There is something really powerful when we gather with intent to learn and expand. We create ripples in our lives. This course is where Reiki meets real life meet ups and we learn to integrate these energies and patterns of behaviour into our daily rhythms, habits and lifestyles
