You don’t need to have a previous yoga practice, be bendy or touch your toes to join us! This 10 week course is suitable for the total beginner or if your returning to yoga and want to brush up on alignment.
We will work through dynamic movements to develop our strength and flexibility in the body and explore basic meditation and breathwork techniques used to calm the mind.
Your welcome to join if you are building on an existing / previous yoga practice.
Each week we will focus on a different aspect of the body,

- Week 2 - Back bends & the spine
- Week 3 - Hip openings & emotion
- Week 4 - Twisting & detoxing
- Week 5 - Forward folds
- Week 6 - Arm strength
- Week 7 - Balances
- Week 8 - Core Strength
- Week 9 - Feeling strong and fabulous
- Week 10 - Restorative yin yoga special to try a new style
