If you've found your way here out of sheer curiosity of what Reiki is or a desire to understand more or even because your are going through a tough time, know that you are welcome here. Reiki has a way of finding us just when we are ready for it and meeting us where we are at.
Reiki roughly translates as universal cosmic energy. Our time together will be guided by the wisdom within your body & soul so that you can receive exactly what you need from the session. This time will be one of rest, re-cooperation and finding a deeper calm and connection within so that you can receive the energy that Reiki is.

These sessions offer the combination of the deep vibrations from the Crystal Tones Sound Bowls with the gentle healing of Reiki. An atmosphere of peace will be created for you to be held in whilst Reiki works to harmonise your being.

Reiki Treatment in the Stroud Valleys

Reiki translates as universal or cosmic energy. These sessions are offered as a sanctuary where you can come back to your centre. Find a sense of peace and I offer you an opportunity to slow down and connect to what will nourish your soul whilst you can receive and be held in the gentle loving energy that Reiki is.

Remote Reiki Treatment

If you would rather receive Reiki remotely from your own home a distant treatment can be sent at the time of your appointment. Or you can choose to connect over the phone and chat before and after your treatment. Please ensure that you are in an undisturbed space for the duration of the treatment.

Kirsteen
A trip to Japan in 2017 inspired me to start my journey into Reiki. This opened me up to a community of wonderful like minded friends and teachers and introduced me to a magical yet very grounded way of experiencing the world around me.
I’m certified as a Master Teacher of the Usui Reiki System in both the traditional Japanese lineage and the more commonly known Western lineage.
