Yoga Flow: a 10 week journey - January 2025 (Mondays)
This course builds on the beginners course, we continue to develop our postural alignment, basic meditation and relaxation techniques, and explore some new the pranayama techniques used to calm the mind and reconnect to the body. Your welcome to join if you are building on an existing / previous yoga practice.
Each week we will focus on a different physical & emotional aspect of the body,
Week 1 - Introduction & standing poses
Week 2 - Back bends & the spine
Week 3 - Hip openings & emotion
Week 4 - Twisting & detoxing
Week 5 - Forward folds
Week 6 - Arm strength
Week 7 - Balances
Week 8 - Core Strength
Week 9 - Feeling strong and fabulous
Week 10 - Restorative class in the teepee if the weather allows!
Kirsteens classes are lighthearted and fun and aim for your to leave each class feeling a calmer, sparklier version of yourself. You will receive individual adjustments and attention from an experienced teacher and the course will support you though building strength, flexibility, calmness of mind and connection to your body.
