I recently attended Kirsteen’s beginner yoga course, and it was truly wonderful. I feel stronger both mentally and physically. The movements have significantly helped with the stiffness in my hips and have released the tension that’s been challenging for me since my hip surgery in 2018.
I’ve also noticed that I feel more emotionally balanced and am sleeping better. Kirsteen’s guidance has made a remarkable difference in my overall wellbeing. I have booked for the next course and would thoroughly recommend joining her classes to anyone looking to improve their physical, mental, and emotional strength

I’d been feeling a bit out of sorts and uncharacteristically anxious when I saw Kirsteen’s beginners yoga class advertised.
In just a short period of time it’s made a big impact to many aspects of my well-being and is a lovely, positive way to start the week off. Physically it’s spot on for beginners / returners to yoga as well as being a light hearted class with no judgement and plenty of giggles.

I have been taking Kirsteen’s lessons over four and a half years during which time Kirsteen has revealed the beauty and the benefits of a regular practice and shared her love of yoga. What I found very interesting was to discover how yoga could vary a lot going from a more engaging and challenging class to some more relaxing Yin styles.
Kirsteen is an excellent teacher. Able to make lessons various and focused on different parts of the body.
