In this workshop expect self enquiry, journalling and visioning up the best version of ourselves - then we will be dropping into somatics to embody those dreams!

There may be some Crystal Tones Sound Bathing, maybe some yin yoga, maybe a yoga flow, chanting, maybe some somatic dance…we will go with the flow, but there will definitely be plenty of fun, journalling and visioning our best year ahead!
