What can I say - Kirsteen was absolutely incredible. She absolutely made my hen do!
We had a group yoga, sound bath & card reading session: Kirsteen brought an authentic energy that elevated the session. She adapted to include everyone’s ability level, infusing fun and proper yoga practice - as a long time yogi myself I can hand on heart say it was one of the most enjoyable practices I’ve experienced!
Particularly loved the involvement of the tarot cards, and women’s circle to round things off. Best of the best.

The whole experience was absolutely heavenly and I couldn’t recommend Kirsteen enough.
She adapted the session to suit our needs and added in some special moments of reflection centred around the bride, as well as some funny paired exercises which triggered lots of giggles.
We finished the session feeling incredibly relaxed. Kirsteen is absolutely brilliant!!!'

'The Crystal bowl sound bath was wonderfully powerful and restorative.
I have previously experienced sound baths using other instruments but the quality of sound from the crystal bowls felt more intense, bringing an immediate sense of relief and relaxation.
