Saturday | March 22 2025
Step into a Day of Pure Nourishment for Your Mind, Body, and Soul
Imagine a day filled with laughter, connection, and moments of true self-care. A retreat designed to restore your energy, soothe your spirit, and celebrate the changing seasons.
Move freely, release tension, and let go of stress while prioritizing your own healing. Enjoy a nourishing vegetarian, gluten-free lunch and fragrant herbal teas that delight your senses.
Celebrate Spring by creating your own living bulb wreath—a beautiful symbol of renewal. Stretch and unwind during a calming yin yoga flow, letting go of any lingering tension. Then, allow the soothing tones of a crystal alchemy sound bath to wash away every worry, leaving you in deep peace.
Relax with the calming scent of a lavender eye pillow as you rest and indulge in a day that’s entirely for you.
Join me at the intersection of movement, connection, and restoration, where together we’ll help you shift the needle in your life, cultivating balance, joy, and clarity.
This is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling lighter and brighter, ready to bloom with the season.

You don’t need to be a seasoned Yogi, or have been on a retreat before.
All I ask is that you show up in the fullness of who you are and let the day carry you forward.
If you are pregnant, epileptic or have any Implants or plates in the body (metal plates, pins, ball joints in particular) the sound bath may not be appropriate for you. Please refer to our further information below or get in contact if you have any concerns.
