What you’ll experience

Your day has been curated to move with ease, intention, and seasonal grace.

You’ll begin with herbal tea and seasonal treats, before settling into an opening circle, grounding meditation, and intention setting.

From there, we’ll move into a cacao ceremony to soften the heart and invite gratitude, followed by a grounding vinyasa yoga practice to build warmth, presence, and stability in the body.

After a nourishing seasonal harvest lunch, there will be time for a woodland walking meditation — a chance to move slowly, breathe deeply, and notice the quiet wisdom of the landscape.

Later, we’ll gather for tea, homemade cake, and harvest journalling before closing with a deeply restorative crystal tones alchemy sound bath to support integration, rest, and contentment.

We’ll end with a closing circle, carrying the stillness of the day back into everyday life.

Please note that the itinerary is a guide and may be gently adjusted on the day to support the energy of the group.
